Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the TARGO Logistics website at targologistics.co.za. By using the site, you agree to them. TARGO Logistics ("TARGO", "we", "us") operates from Floor 1, 78 Corlett Drive, Melrose North, Johannesburg, 2196, South Africa, and can be reached at info@targologistics.co.za.

2. What this website is — and isn't

The website exists to introduce TARGO's services, answer questions and collect enquiries and quote requests. It is not itself a transport service: no carriage contract is formed through the website. Actual transport work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and TARGO — for example the Master Service Agreement for cargo owners or the sub-fleet agreement for truck owners. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

3. Quotes and enquiries

Sending a quote request or enquiry through the site is an invitation for us to quote — it is not a binding booking or offer. Quotes we provide are estimates based on the route, load, tonnage and other details you give us, and remain subject to fuel prices, availability and route confirmation at the time of booking. Our same-day (cargo) and 24-hour (truck owners) response targets are good-faith aims during working hours, not guarantees.

4. Your obligations

When using the forms on this site, you agree to:

• Give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your enquiry.
• Describe your load, route or fleet accurately and completely — quotes built on incorrect information may change.
• Only request transport for lawful goods that you own or are entitled to move.
• Not submit messages intended to spam, harass, advertise or disrupt.

5. Compliance documents

Documents requested through the site — B-BBEE certificate, Goods-in-Transit insurance schedule, FICA compliance statement, SARS tax clearance and the Master Service Agreement template — are provided for information. Certificates are valid as at their issue date. The MSA template is a starting point for discussion, not legal advice; each party should have its own agreement reviewed before signing.

6. Website content and intellectual property

All content on this site — text, branding, the TARGO logo, images, layout and code — belongs to TARGO or its licensors and may not be copied, reused or republished without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not probe, scan or test the site's security, scrape or harvest content or contact details, submit false or unlawful information through the forms, or interfere with the site's normal operation. The forms include standard anti-spam measures, and submissions that breach this section may be discarded.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and uses analytics providers described in our privacy policy. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

9. Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TARGO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, including lost profit or lost data, or from reliance on estimates or information shown on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or liability arising under a separately signed transport agreement.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including how our cookie consent banner works and how to change your choice via the footer's "Cookie settings" link.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute about them falls under the jurisdiction of South African courts. This doesn't affect your right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa under POPIA.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
